None of our pitches have space for a folding crib in the main bedroom but one can be set up in a second bedroom if a single bed is removed. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to make this change before you arrive.
When the La Pierre Verte campsite opens in April, are there any heated swimming pools?
We have a large heated pool which is heated off-season, as well as a jacuzzi and paddling pool.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, for an additional fee of €4/day, except in the Insolites accommodation and Zénith mobile homes. Category 1 dogs are not allowed (pitbulls, boerbulls and Tosas). Dogs must, of course, be kept on a leash whilst on the site. To make sure our campsite stays clean, plastic bags for dog waste are available from reception.

30% of the rental price.

€0.66 per person per night for guests over 18 (rate for 2018).
Is bed linen provided in mobile homes?
No. However, cotton sheets can be rented for €20 per bed.
Or disposable sheets for €10 per bed.
What size are beds in mobile homes?
Beds in mobile homes are either 140 x 190 and 80 x 190, except in the MIAMIs, or 160 x 200 and 80 x 190 for small beds.
Do we need to pay for Wi-Fi?
Yes, but you can get 30 minutes free Wi-Fi per day in the activities centre.

Do you accept twin axle caravans?
No, they are too heavy and cumbersome for the site.
What sort of security deposit do we need to pay when we arrive?
You need to leave a €200 deposit for a mobile home and a €80 deposit for cleaning.
What payment methods can be used to pay the €280 deposit?
Cheque, bank card or cash.
Do we have to pay for activities?
No, except when actors are brought in from outside during peak season (laser games, circus, etc.).
Is your campsite a family-friendly holiday village?
The majority of our guests are families.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, we have five washing machines (including hypoallergenic detergent) and a dryer. One wash costs €6 and drying €4 (payment at the machines).
Are there TVs in “GD Vacances” mobile homes?
Yes, all “GD Vacances” mobile homes with two and three bedrooms have a TV.
Is smoking permitted?
No, smoking is prohibited on the campsite and paths. Cigarettes are tolerated on pitches and in common areas.
How much do baby kits cost?
Baby kits (bath, folding crib and high-chair) cost €35 per week.

Are visitors allowed on the campsite?
Yes, in July and August they must pay €8 for over 10 year-olds and €5 for 3-9 year-olds. Visitors must arrive between 8.30 am and 10 pm.
What shops are there on the campsite?
There is a restaurant and bar, a takeaway, a food shop (superette), a pool snack bar, and a juice bar by the lagoon.
Can I bring my own TV?
No, you are kindly asked not to bring your own TV.
Is it possible to put a TV in the bedroom?
Are there any beaches where pets are allowed?
There is one in Saint Aygulf, called Esclamandes, just after Aqualand, heading toward Sainte Maxime.
What size is your campsite?
30 hectares, 20 of which contain facilities.
Do you have accessible accommodation?
Yes, we have an accessible mobile home near the pool and snack bar. We also have two accessible wash blocks. The swimming pool, lagoon and restaurant are all wheelchair-friendly.
What time do you close the barriers?
The overnight gates on the site are closed between midnight and 6 am to prevent guests from being disturbed during their sleep.
The metal gates at the campsite entrance (near the security post) close at 12.30 am. To get in, enter your personal entry code.
What security is in place at the La Pierre Verte**** campsite?
Night-time security guards ensure the campsite is kept secure. In July and August, there is also a security guard during the day to increase security at the campsite entrance.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. Customers must return rentals in a clean and sanitary condition in order to recuperate the €80 cleaning deposit.FOR CAMPING:
Pitches are free from 2 pm and must be vacated by 12 pm.
Are barbecues allowed?
No, all barbecues of any kind are strictly forbidden on the campsite.
An electric grill can be rentred from the reception (€35 per week).
Do you have rental fridges available for campers?
Yes. Rental costs €49 per week, with a deposit of €100.
Do I have to wear the La Pierre Verte**** campsite wristband?
Yes, wristbands must be worn throughout your stay, when in the pool and the lagoon, and when taking part in activities. They can also be used to get discounts from our partners outside the campsite (see the blog for a list of partners).
What activities are there near the campsite?
Jet ski hire, tubing, snorkeling, catamarans, go-karting, horse-riding, hill-walking, golf, Aqualand, Luna Park, quad bikes, cycling, etc.
Is it possible to post mail from the reception?
Yes, of course, the postman comes by every morning, Monday to Saturday.
Can we bring our inflatable pool toys?
In the pool: armbands and small floats are allowed.
In the lagoon: floats are not permitted.
What clothing is allowed in the pool and lagoon?
Shorts, boxer shorts, t-shirts, wetsuits and burkinis are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and in the lagoon. Bathing suits are compulsory.

Is there a shuttle bus to the beach?
|Yes, in July and August, once a day, except on weekends. The shuttle bus is FREE-OF-CHARGE and reserved for guests at the La Pierre Verte**** campsite (Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Saint-Aygulf).
There is also a local bus: Line 20 – From the “Holiday Green” stop, 300 m away. €1.50 per person (from 1 July 1 to 2 September inclusive).
Line 1 before 1 July 1 and after 2 September.
